General Terms and Conditions
Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in US dollars.
Total cost does not include service charges, resort fees, extra person charges, child fees, and or any other incidentals unless otherwise noted. Additional fees may apply to some amenities. Bed type, smoking preference and in-room amenities are subject to hotel availability.
All reservations are prepaid. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please note that your Credit Card charge will appear as Travel Group Marketing
Canceling or changing your stay

- Changes to your reservation may result in additional fees
- All refund requests must be made within 60 days of your check-out date
- At the sole discretion of Superior Holidays refunds may be given due to extenuating circumstances
- No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given
Your room will be guaranteed for late arrival.
If you experience an issue during your trip, you must call us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving your problem. Any portion of your trip that has been used is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any modifications you make to your trip without our assistance.
Groups
If your are traveling as part of a group some of these conditions may or may not apply. Please check with your Group Leader for detailed information relating to your Group Contract.
